We hired 4sight home inspection after reading the reviews on this sight. After speaking to Micheal we felt comfortable with our choice. Micheal came well equipped and provided us with a detailed understanding of the home. After detecting a leak in the roof we chose to put an offer on another property that will have 4sight inpect early next week. His standard full and comprehensive service were extra charges with other companies

Thank you Rearden. It is unfortunate when a home inspection leads to a deal falling through but, as you stated, you found the perfect home this time. I truly believe that giving a full service home inspection is not an "extra charge". Including Thermal Imaging, 90 day structural and Mechanical warranty and a recall check on all appliances as well as having top of the line tools and technology is the only way to do business and the cost of doing so is simply the cost of doing business.
