Their Customer Service was outstanding. We had bought a Salt-Free Water Softener for our new house. This was not your typical Water Softener as we found out later, Chris had never seen this type before. We had phoned the businessman in California so that Chris could get a better understanding of what he was up against. Through Chris' determination and persistence, he was able to hook up the unit. To this day, we have never had an issue with it. Great Job Chris.
