We contacted Williams HVAC(Chris) to receive a quote... prompt and friendly was that process... we were so happy with the knowledge and price that we decided to proceed to use Williams to take out and install the new hardware(HVAC & water tank) without contacting any other companies for quotes.

The installers(Adam & Foster) we very accommodating and very knowledgeable as well as friendly, tidy, and respected our space with grace. And the install was done properly and very pleasing to the eye. Plus they answered all my questions with quick and knowledgeable answers.

When it came to do the city inspection it passed with flying colors, even the inspector asked who did the job with comments of how well and nice of a job they did.

The guys showed up early on one of the hottest days we had this summer. They completed the job efficiently and kept the work space tidy. Besides the quality installation, the guys are very personable which is an added value in an over heated contractor market. They did a great job and we were cool and comfortable in the hottest summer we have lived in here in Calgary.
