I am not usually one to write reviews online. I often wonder if they are real when I read them. I can confirm the ones I have read about Williams HVAC. We called Chris on the hottest day of the year after being told by other companies it would take 2 weeks to get to us. Chris was able to see us that day. He was right on time and after talking with us, he was able to get the install done the very next day. We actually appreciated that he was able to do the work in the evening as we both work during the day. Having a 3 month old baby we were very thankful and pleasantly surprised he could get it done so quickly. He was priced pretty much the same as other people we talked to that have had AC installed recently. He really knew what he was talking about as he walked through the house determining what unit we needed. We were looking for a base unit but settled on a slightly higher unit because of our house. We live in a new subdivision and can probably reach out our window to touch our neighbors house. They are so closely spaced so we were concerned about noise. Efficiency was also important to us. He suggested a great unit from what we could tell. Quiet and keeps the house nice and cool. His installation was quick and unobtrusive. Very professional! I would and already have recommended him to my neighbors and other friends. Great job Chris.

Chris responded quickly to my request for a quote to install a high efficiency furnace. He then provided a thorough, competitive and very reasonable quote. The job was scheduled quickly & he showed up on time. Chris made suggestions to improve the airflow for my basement renovation and installed new heating ducts and return air vents. The installation was excellent - neat & very professional. He cleaned up the worksite and answered all of my questions. I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone wanting to replace their furnace.

As a Realtor I am very careful of who I recommend to clients. I first used Chris for installing a condensate pump in my home and through that experience I was very comfortable recommending him to an out of town client. Chris originally installed a gas and electric furnace in my clients home before my client moved in so I was in charge of the project as well as payment. After my client moved in she requested his info so he could come back and install a humidifier. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, finishes work in a timely manner and in constant communication in regards to how the work is progressing. As well, he cleans up after the work is finished.
My client and I will definitely recommend him for any HVAC needs.

I hired Williams HVAC to install two high efficiency furnaces, tank-less water heater, water softener and Air Conditioning. They were the third company I had in for a quote and I was very impressed not just with their pricing by also their knowledge. Chris clearly knew what he was doing and was able to guide me through the process and answer all of my questions. Installation went smoothly and was done to a high standard (intakes and exhaust close to ceiling and together, water pipes connecting together with only one run to the drain, etc). The products they use are also top quality. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Williams HVAC completed a mechanical installation including all duct work, two furnaces, gas and a tank less hot water heater in a residential property to accommodate a legal basement suite. Due to a small house foot print (900sqf) and a ceiling heights of only 6'-8" the installation was everything else than standard. Chris met me on site for a consultation and to draft a quote. He was on time , presented himself professionally and took the time to discuss the requirements. The proposal reflected the discussions and the pricing was significantly cheaper than other companies. The installation was completed professionally, as per contract and with attention to detail. The city inspection passed the first time. As a result of the excellent work performed on this project, Williams HVAC completed another furnace install for me in December and will be completing some repair work on a condo air conditioning unit.
