Williams HVAC was great to deal with starting from the free home quote, to installation, to billing. His staff was very friendly and hard working. We were looking to get our A/C unit in before the summer months, and Williams HVAC fit us in quickly and had it installed in a timely manner. I would rrecommend this company.

I would 100% recommend Chris at Williams HVAC. He came very quickly for an assessment and quote and his pricing was very competitive. He was very thorough in his explanations of my options and most importantly the job was done right and on time. He was even available for follow up visits at no charge if I had any questions. He used to work for a larger HVAC company and now works on his own, so his pricing and 'small business' feel made me feel more comfortable. What made me even more convinced was when Chris came to do the work, our neighbour was getting AC as well. He purchased the exact same unit and hookups and paid over $1000 more than I did. That's the benefit for going with a local smaller company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Williams HVAC for your AC needs or for any other HVAC needs for that matter.

We had Chris and his crew install two furnaces, two air conditioners, a steam humidifier, filtration system and prestige thermostats. We contacted three companies when we decided to replace our furnaces and air conditioners. My husband did his research and only wanted Trane furnaces/air conditioning. The one company didn't even bother to get back to us and the other gave us a much higher quote for the exact same products. Not only did Chris give us a good price, he did some extra venting work at no charge due to changes we made after the quote.

Chris and his crew were in my house for over three days to get all the work done. They were always friendly and flexible in working around my schedule.

After everything was installed Chris took his time to make sure I understood how it all worked and answered all my questions. Chris and his crew also did a great job cleaning up. (I've had other contractors in my house before and they don't all clean up their mess that well.) We are very happy with the work and will be recommending Williams HVAC to friends and family.

I interviewed several contractors, including Williams HVAC. Chris provided me very detailed technical solution even before I awarded contract to him. His price is reasonable and the job has done properly. So far he completed rough-in and I am waiting for inspection.

Hi, I called Chris after reading the reviews on this site when my furnace blower blew. It seemed to still be working somewhat, but I found out later it had quit completely. It took us a couple of days to hook up, and the temperature started to drop. Chris came by and ran into difficulty when the old blower was stuck in the housing. It first seemed like he would have to come back the next day to finish (remember it was getting colder & colder). I was resigned to this when he called back that evening to say he had resolved the issue in his shop and could come back that night to finish the install! I was very happy as I was concerned our house would freeze up overnight. I would not hesistate to recommend him to others, his dedication is rare.

I read the reviews about Chris and decided to give him a call when my 20 yr old furnace died in -18 degree weather. He was punctual, professional and honest. I purchased a new furnace from him and had it installed the next day. I felt that the price was fair and I was not being taken advantage of because of my emergency situation. Chris & crew came out & replaced my aging furnace with a high efficiency model. All work was done on time & they cleaned up afterwards.
