Preferred Plumbing Solutions Inc. were wonderful! Raphie was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. What was supposed to be a tiny job quickly turned into a huge, complicated one (through no fault of theirs) and many workers were called in to get the job done in one day. They did an exceptionally thorough job and left our house sparkling. Thank you so much!

Ive relied on Preferred Plumbing for many of my plumbing needs over the past 5 years but after the recent heavy rains and a flooded basement, I really needed help.
After listening to what I thought the problem was, a thorough assessment was done and ALL options were clearly written out and explained to me. After my decision the team started right away and didnt leave until it was finished almost 12 straight hours of work because they wanted to make sure it was completed before another rainfall. Not only did I no longer have to worry about flooding but the guys left it cleaner than the swampy mess they walked in to!!
I have and will continue to recommend Raphie and his team. I was a bit of a mess when they showed up, the damage that had been done and dealing with the aftermath and everyone was empathetic to my situation. From admin to frontline, theyre all wonderful, patient, clear and respectful.

The technicians arrived on time, with such a positive and well mannered decorum about them.
They conducted themselves so professionally, understood the problem immediately, explained everything to me so patiently and clearly, and within a very short amount of time, were done and out the door. Leaving everything clean behind them.

Today Preferred Plumbing winterized my hose bibs and inground sprinkler system.
The technicians were punctual, cordial, polite, and informative.
Not only were they professional and swift in their work, but through their conversation with me, I realized that I had another hosebib I forgot about. I appreciate so much their diligence in keeping cleanliness in mind by removing their footwear every time they entered my house and always having a pail at the ready for any possible water residue from the valves or taps.

This company is extremely professional, showed up on time and immediately took action to replace our 4 toilets. When an additional problem arose, they took action and provided their recommendations for solution. Our only (very minor) issue is they were not able to provide us an itemize cost breakdown when we asked how they reached their total amount for the service. The speed of service, the professionalism of our plumber, and his expertise were exceptional. I dont think he took a break from the time he arrived at 10 until leaving at 4.

Ive used Preferred Plumbing Solutions for years and they are, without doubt, the best in the business!!

Our undermount bathroom sink was detaching from the countertop and was only resting on the plumbing pipe. The plumbers looked at the situation and Raphie, the company owner gave us quotes for a few options. My husband suggested another option that we went with. The plumbers diligently removed the old dried-out adhesive that longer supported the sink. Then, they remounted the sink and included metal strapping attached to the insides of the cabinet, holding the sink securely in place. They also replaced frozen shut-off valves and did a few other plumbing fixes. We are very happy with their work and their attention to detail.

Service providers were on time, friendly and completed the repair as quoted, cleaned up the work area and explained the work and charge. I would hightly recommend Preferred Plumbing Solutions to anyone requiring plumbling repairs.

I don't usually write reviews but feel a responsibility to warn people of the predatory pricing tactics this company employs. I have read a few other reviews and see that I am not the only victim of their pricing process. I have employed many contactors over the years and this is the first time I have been a victim of this. I contacted this company a couple of months ago to fix some leaks in my pipes and my kitchen faucet. Three people showed up. One of whom was the estimator. The 2 technicians patiently. waited while the estimator went through a lengthy assessment of the pipe situation and described a filter system that I would benefit from in addition to fixing the pipes. I repeatedly told him that I was not in a position to afford a filter system but he insisted on explaining it to me and writing up a quote for it, another plan which involved paying them an annual fee for an upgraded level of service and finally, the work I had invited them in my home to fix. It was a working day for me and I had to get onto a Zoom meeting. When he shared the cost of the 3 estimates, as predicted, I couldn't afford the two pricier options. I signed off on the cheapest option which was approx $1700. It was probably double what I should have paid. Although they did a good job and their technicians were polite, I would never trust this company again. When I sent them payment, I told them so. They were very defensive. Please be cautious. They over estimate the cost of the work and, if you feel under pressure like I did, you sign off. The overestimate protects and works for them, not for you though. Please be aware.
