Rankin Home Inspection

I have been working with Bryce for over two years and have inspected multiple houses together while assisting me in purchasing my first and second homes! Bryce is very knowledgeable and approachable, he ensures you know that he is working for your best interest! I noticed that he is a great team player when he offered to give knowledgeable information about pictures I would send him regarding areas of houses that appeared concerning to me during my house hunting. I try not to take advantage though. I just recently purchased my second home in this hot market in Hamilton under asking price and I know I could not have done it without his help! His reports definitely helped out with my negotiations with the seller. I would highly recommend his services to all my friends and family and I would obviously use his services again in the near future.

The Hamilton housing market is crazy and sometimes you have to go no conditions to stand a chance... after getting a home inspection after closing I feel confident we’re aware of all the defects of our new house. Bryce spent hours letting me follow him around as he pointed out problems (and soon to be problems). He seems to have a very good eye for little things. I think the best example of this would be he spotted a bit soil on the floor of the (dry walled) furnace room which led him to discover some spalling in the foundation, which probably would have gone unnoticed by us for a long time otherwise. This was followed up by an incredibly detailed report which laid out all the issues and the timelines in which they should each be addressed. Even though there was no rush on it since we already owned the house, Bryce had the report finished and sent it to me before 8am the next day (after finishing at 4:30). Very impressed! I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service and would 100% recommend Bryce to anyone looking for a home inspection. Worth every penny!

Bryce was incredible! He inspected three houses for us, and each time he was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was always happy to explain things, often multiple times, and never made us feel stupid for not understanding the first time. After the inspection, he made himself available via phone if we wanted to ask more questions once we had time to read the report. There's a reason we used him multiple times, and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

As first time home buyers we were so nervous about the home inspection process. Having 3 hours dedicated to discuss only what our future investment had wrong with it.
