I arrived home last night to find that a power outage had caused my home security system to malfunction and a VERY loud alarm was blaring throughout my house. I couldn't shut the alarm siren off and the company allegedly responsible for the system was no help. After more than an hour and a half, two calls to the alarm company and no return call or visit from their technician, I thought the noise was going to drive me insane. In desperation, I started Googling to try to find some help and came across this website. I read the comparative reviews and ended up cold-calling SG3 as a result. I didn't have much hope, but a very helpful man named George talked me down from my initial idea of solving the problem with a crowbar and then walked me through bypassing the system to turn the alarm off. Today, George showed up promptly after I got home from work, repaired the system at no cost and set me up with a remote-monitored, auto-testing home alarm system for a monthly fee of less than $25. I don't think I adequately expressed my appreciation to him for his help last night (hugging a stranger just didn't seem appropriate), so this review is my public "thank you". I would highly recommend you call this company if you find yourself in need; urgent or otherwise!
