DO NOT DEAL WITH PRO ACE HEATING
On December 2017, we spent over $1000 in parts and labour plus service call to repair our gas furnace. A year later the same problem persist, the furnace stop producing any heat. We have not had heat in weeks. I've requested Pro Ace Heating to conduct a re-inspection. I've requested that the service call fee be waived but after several emails back and forth, my request has fallen on deaf ears. Please note that this company ONLY has a 1 month service warranty, meaning anything after the month will be chargeable to you. The initial furnace repair was completed December 2017. We have not fully tested our furnace until this year, a year later. This is a ridiculous and laughable policy and as such have seize to do business with this NOT so PRO ACE company. The Ventura's

We feel sorry that you feel this way . We have tried contacting you several time by phone to follow up with your concerns. but there was no respond at all. Unfortunately , We can not come there for free as we explained few times via email. Normally, boilers do not take one year to stop working. If there is a problem They act right away not after one year . We still appreciate your business and we will try to contact you again to see if we can resolve the problem over the phone so you do not have to pay .Best Regards
