New look Windows and door installed exterior door on upper floor that exits to a deck. Price reasonable and time frame good. Eddy communicated well throughout the process. Alex installed and did an excellent job. Cleaned up any mess. Showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Door is great. They matched it to an exterior door on my main floor. Very happy with the experience. Would recommend this company.

We needed 11 windows replaced in our older 3 storey house in the Annex. We wanted an experienced company and interviewed several contractors. Eddy from New Look took time to fully understand our needs. He planned the job very carefully with attention to all the details, including preservation of some original stained glass and window framework. He met with our co-owners to ensure they were in agreement and explained to all of us the potential risks to our house. When the day for installation came, there were no surprises. The installation crew (two men) were very skilled and efficient, completed the job in just one day. They cleaned up all the debris. The windows are beautiful!
