We had 4 exterior doors and 11 windows replaced by New Look. We were very satisfied with the quality of the windows and doors. The work was completed in 2 days. The staff were pleasant and professional. The only suggestion that we would make to improve the experience is that a shop vac would have been helpful to clean up the construction debris

Eddy, the sales rep was a pleasure to deal with, being very knowledgable and experienced, he guided us through to our final choices which we are extremely happy with!
Oleg, the Lead Installer and his crew were very professional, pleasant and respectful. They did an expert job, very timely with an A-one clean-up job upon completion! Our oversized patio doors needed replacing. Broken seals led to lots of condensation.

From beginning to end, working with Alex and his team has been a real pleasure. We were given a timeline and that timeline was followed.

The installation team showed up when we expected and the entire job was done in about 4 hours.

We would definitely consider New Look for our upcoming window replacements.

Best window installer with best available product and materials on the market. Fantastic installers!

I have received quotes from 3 different companies including new look windows. They say third time is a charm? I wasn't happy with the first quote and decided to contact new look based on their reviews. I am not only happy with their products, sales and installation process but how efficient everything was. Anybody looking to replace windows, go ahead and call other companies but you will definately choose new look at the end just like me. And will be very very happy with the results!
