New Look Windows & Doors

We contracted New Look to replace our main floor and basement windows. Our new windows look amazing! Excellent service provided by Sales and the installation person. We highly recommend New Look and will definitely use them for our next project.

I needed a picture window replaced. They were fast and efficient and the work was done well. The new window looks great. Have used them to replace a door in the past. Will use them again in the future.

Eddy communicated very clearly the difference in the window products and made recommendations based upon my pets' needs, my budget and the style of my existing windows and house. The two men who installed the windows were polite, tidy, and worked well as a team. I waited until after a big storm to post my review to ensure that the windows do not leak. My wonderful windows are watertight / waterproof and there are no leaks. I am delighted with the work.

We had four different windows installed in July 2024. Received a prompt follow up to our initial request for a quote and were offered different options at different price points without any sales pressure, just matter of fact information.

Installation set up in advance and when we had a small concern, it was addressed immediately. Very timely follow up from Alex via email and text. Would definitely use again!

Alex came and took the time to go over samples of colour and materials for my new door. Took the time on the computer to render a visual aid to assist my decision making process!

The sales person Alex was very knowledgeable and courteous right from the start. He measured the doors and then the installer, Alexander in this case, came in a few days to confirm Alex's measurements also. The install happened in about a month. Alexander was very thorough, did an expert excellent job and cleaned up after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Look.

Installation team was very careful of interior, laying protective mats on floors and stairs. Professional work done with cleanup at end of job.

Communication and scheduling was perfect, and work done on time.
