The sales person Alex was very knowledgeable and courteous right from the start. He measured the doors and then the installer, Alexander in this case, came in a few days to confirm Alex's measurements also. The install happened in about a month. Alexander was very thorough, did an expert excellent job and cleaned up after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Look.

Installation team was very careful of interior, laying protective mats on floors and stairs. Professional work done with cleanup at end of job.

I needed to replace about 1/2 of the original windows in my 1997 built home. I had already received two other quotes from companies before I found New Look on Homestars. What a huge difference! Both of the previous companies that had quoted me were quite pushy in their sales pitches and both were tying to sell me a inferior product than what I ultimately got from New Look.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The estimate appointment was direct with curated designs and expert opinions of what works best with the decor and modern styles. Once the price was agreed to, the estimates were fair for what is currently showing on the market. On installation day, the appointment was quick, the work effort was efficient, timely and respectful. Would absolutely recommend New Look for future door needs.

Replaced old French doors with new sliding doors. Eddy was very friendly and helpful. The installer was clearly a tenured professional who knew his craft extremely well!
