1. Dave was excellent throughout project
2. Only confusion came came to different messages from Volume Carpet and Master Paint...it was cleared
and then Dave me a shot abut if I cancel will have to pay 25 % service charge. Yes, I was confused on the cost but after I called Dave it was resolved. Did not enjoy being caught in the middle as rather high cost for 15 stairs. As a consumer I have a right to questions. It was resolved in a professional manner and I will pay.
