Andrey came out very promptly to a blocked main drain pipe in our home. I was thoroughly impressed with his professional character and honest work! He is an excellent problem solver, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get the job done. Very high quality person and excellent work ethic. Very tidy clean up as well! We are exceedingly happy with Andrey and would quite highly recommend him and the company. 10 Stars all the way.

Andriy and his father (Vasil) were extremely competent & professional and completed the job very quickly. Andriy first visited and completed a video inspection & provided us with the video file & quoted the job correctly. The job was completed on time and budget. They laid sheets to protect the interior of the basement , moved and replaced home appliances and cleaned up very thoroughly both inside and outside. They were quite willing to do other small jobs as required. We would thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Andre was prompt with coming out to fix the issue with my kitchen sink and dishwasher. He arrived a couple of hours from the time I called and was early. He replaced a couple of parts and was done in about 45 min.

Words cannot express how great Andriy and his father are. We were in the middle of a family medical emergency and our main sewer line was blocked and the bathroom toilet no longer flushed. Andrei arrived a few hours after my call and quickly cleared the line so we could use the upstairs bathroom. Then, he diagnosed the plumbing issues with the basement toilet, surgically repaired the pipes under the toilet and fit new tiles where the digging had to occur. I would 100% recommend this company - trustworthy, fair and extremely reliable.

I have been a client for many years and always satisfied. The owner goes out of his way to get the best products and prices. Recently he sent Andriy to install two faucet controls, which he did, as well as Andriy noticed one improperly attached previously and without being requested, fixed it. In other words he reflects the pride the company takes in their work.

Had quotes for $1,700 & $800. Andriy was the only one who recommended trying this approach first. Punctual, reliable and courteous!!! Would recommend them and would use them again.
Father/son team

Andre was extremely helpful and professional. He came on a Sunday and and saved the day after my family and I woke up to water backing up in the basement. He charged exactly what he said he would, and didn't take advantage of the opportunity to overcharge on a Sunday. He came promptly, fixed the problem and was a pro while doing it. A & V come highly recommended.

When I called A&V Drain about a possible crack(s) in my foundation, Andriy arrived quickly, assessed the problem, then completely explained the whole process to me from excavation to finishing. He was sincere and honest. They arrived on time each day, protected my property from damage and removed a small deck and stairs before starting the project. They worked conscientiously, explained any issues along the way and even had a custom window well made, as my deck stairway would have blocked a larger-sized window well (I was not charged extra for the custom-made well). After the job was completed, they cleaned the area completely, replanted a small tree and reattached my deck and stairs. You would never know that I had my side foundation dug out, as it was so tidy. All in all top level workmanship, courtesy and respect. I would certainly hire them for any future plumbing issues which may arise and I most assuredly recommend A&V Drain if you want a job well done at a fair and honest price. They came on time and finished the work ahead of time. Work was done professionally with minimum or no inconvenience to us. They seem to know what they are doing. The extra bonus is that they give me the lowest quote without any haggling. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
