I had a very positive experience with this company. We called and I dealt with Dan to help with our broken tankless water heater - a job considered urgent even under pandemic conditions. He was experienced and knowledgeable about the brand and the problem we were having and came over later that day. Unfortunately, ultimately, the problem was not worth fixing and he recommended replacing it. We happened to need a new air central conditioning unit as well so we canvassed Dan for our options. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we asked several questions over the next couple of days before making a decision.

The team arrived on time to do the work and the workers were courteous and efficient. They were respectful of our space and cleaned up very well afterwards. The water heater has worked nicely since then and of course with a 1-year parts & labour warranty, we are pleased that we will have a full season to see that the air conditioning is working as well. I would highly recommend Dan and his company for HVAC needs.

The team was very thorough and worked late into the nights to get the job done quickly and efficiently - it took about three days to get everything done. They also ensured they cleaned each night so that I didn't have to deal with the mess myself. When there was suspected issue - they came in less that 24 hours any removed any concern I had following.

We contacted Air Leaders with the intention to replace our water heater to tankless. Upon the site visit, Dan quickly identify a more pressing need for us to replace the outdated boiler. Dan has provided us with the perfect solution of replacing both with one Combination Boiler. We were impressed with Dan's responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism. The unit is installed within one week of our original contact. We are very pleased with the performance of the Combi Boiler.
