Customer Service - Best I've ever experienced
I am quite seasoned with property management and renovations, and designed a kitchen based on days of hours of research.
I took this, and measurements to Rockwood.
Included in their service, was revising my designs based on their extensive years of experience.
All of their suggestions vastly improved the design. Then they came, measured, delivered precisely in the date-range they initially provided, and installed quickly and with no after-mess for me to deal with.
However this review is about their customer service. It has now been four years since I first required their service. In this time I have contacted them on various questions, and often the same day, or within 24 hours, they have not only responded, but also provided a video of the solution.
This kind of customer service is priceless. I look forward to eventually using their service to replace and renovate other kitchens.
