Daniel arrived promptly on time as agreed. He was wearing the company uniform with tools in hand and ready for work. He is clean shaven fellow who is extremely polite and deeply professional - I was impressed from the beginning. He then pulled out his boot covers (much as a doctor in an OR) and asked where were the job was. I showed him the project and he got immediately down to business by making his way to the main disconnect in the basement. After surveying the panel and ascertaining the wire that was to be removed, Daniel got into the panel and removed the wires. He then moved panther-like to remove all the wire staples so that the wire was free and unobstructed. We then proceeded outside to where he removed all the hardware from the post where the wire came to. Once that was all disassembled, he made his was to the side of the house to pull the wire out from the basement and then pulled the wire from the conduit from underground. Daniel made this look like child's play and did so without breaking a sweat. I must say that what impressed me was that there was not one profanity the escaped his lips or anything remotely negative about the previous electrical job. That to me put him head and shoulders above others who would gladly discredit the previous work. Daniel is an bona-fide expert whose level of knowledge and understanding is reassuring to someone like me - despite my background in electrical myself, Daniel taught me a few things without realizing it!
Thank you Daniel for your prompt, clean, efficient, effective, and highly professional expertise with this tiny project. As I mentioned, there are other projects here at our home and you will be the first guy I call - without question!!!
