Hired this company before doing any research on them. For anyone who knows what the snowfall has been like this 2013 you can just imagine how many times I would've expected them to come. They've come 3 maybe 4 times. Emails, phone calls, texts all go unanswered. I know of 3 other families that have gone with them and are in the same boat as me. Avoid at all costs. Horrible service and horrible customer service.
