Sprinkler Systems review in Oakville

UPDATE : Nino had contacted me to right away to resolve the situation with this.

I had my sprinkler system installed my Cali Green Irrigation Inc. about 3 years ago. They were great installing the system and opening and closing the first 2 years, but then would not respond back to any phone calls or text to opening and closing the system. They had provided a 5 year warranty, but on the condition the they open and close the system. What is the point in providing a 5 year warranty, when you can't respond back to your customers.
