Have nothing but good things to say about Russel and the service he provided. Got an accurate quote over the phone (no hidden extras) and he arrived at the agreed time and did a fantastic job. Not only a great repair but gave us quite a few tips on how to care for our carpet in the future. Would highly recommend and would certainly use him for any future flooring work. Thank you.
