Carpet on landing small area ruined by a dog digging. Rusell had quoted me a price based on a picture I sent to him on text. He repaired the carpet perfectly. Also he gave me tips about vacuuming in doorways and how important carpet cleaning was to maintain the plush carpet.
I would highly recommend his company.
