I was looking to install a pool and upgrade my backyard and I had done a lot of research on getting what I wanted with reasonable costs. I quickly decided to hire Vaughn Pools as soon as I met with Guiseppe. He was very thorough and made me feel very confident with the decision I made. They were all very professional and worked very hard. We are so happy with how everything turned out. I definitely recommend Vaughn Pools. You will not be disappointed!

I hired Vaughn Pools to install our new pool and upgrade our backyard. Little did I know when hiring them I was going to end up with a backyard that resembles a tranquilly spa. It is GORGEOUS. It surpassed my highest expectations with flying colors. It has become a private oasis that my family and I can enjoy. The work was done professionally, on time and zero issues. Giuseppe and his team went through detail by detail with me from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, service and craftsmanship they provided. Should I ever move I would be devastated to leave my pool and backyard but would hire Vaughn Pools in a second to do it all over again. Best I have ever worked with.

Vaughan Pools installed my pool 4 years ago and generally I have been satisfied; however, this year my lights stopped working. I contacted Vince on June 12th and he said he would have someone look at it. After a dozen follow ups and numerous false promises nobody ever came. Finally after more follow ups, someone finally came out on August 24th (Two and a half months after I called him), and told me it was a flipped breaker fuse - as two second fix. I went the whole summer without lights. Be warned that if he installs your pool, his after service follow thru is brutal. Buyer beware.

I met Giuseppe the day I moved into my new home to discover my backyard was flooded. I called a dozen landscapers I found on the internet. He was the only one who immediately called me back, came over to assess the problem, and resolved it by installing a French drain that week. A few years later when we ordered a swim spa we obtained 3 appraisals to install it into a stone deck. Giuseppe's appraisal was by far the most reasonable and the ultimate results were incredible. Finally this past spring we decided to replace our lawn with artificial turf. Once again we got a few quotes and Giuseppe's was the best. He and his team did the work quickly and efficiently and the results are spectacular. I would highly recommend him and his company for all your backyard landscaping needs.

I would refer this company to everyone. Vincent and Giuseppe are true professionals. They met all our timelines, with very little disruptions. They were always available and answered all and any questions we had. The workmanship is impeccable. They were very responsive to any changes we asked for and the price was very reasonable. The job was done in good time and the job site was left very clean. They dealt with all the permits and all the trades. There is nothing derogatory I can say about this company.

We hired Vaughan Pools NOT Vaughan Landscaping to do the construction of ONLY our POOL! The pool floor is bumpy and has two holes in the concrete under the liner (very visible) the finished product was horrible! The brand new pool had a leak, the two lights were improperly placed in the pool, and they never had the city inspector stamp that the pool was in fact grounded! When you give a company over $45,000 to dig a hole you would expect that hold up their end of the deal! The most frustrating part of all MY leg work was hearing from the owner that I was just too picky! I called other pool companies and asked questions regarding the pool construction, proving I was right every time! I paid a pool leak detection company to find the leak, and also had to pay a pool cleaning company to come in clean the pool. Why did I need to do this? Well Vaughan Pools came to set up the system and they were very upset that we did not award them the landscaping part of our home to show us how upset they were they removed the pool construction cover without cleaning all the debris first. Doing this caused all the contained debris to mix in with the clean water and sink to the bottom of my brand new pool, therefore ripping the liner! (see attached picture of the way they left my brand new pool). This is how they left us! I spent 4 days and hundreds of dollars on chemicals, and labour to get it cleaned! I also discovered that the $1000 LED bulbs I paid for were in fact $20.00 bulbs that they installed! Oh wait there’s more… I just received 3 quotes from companies to fix my pool and I’m looking at least another $15,000 to fix the horrible job that Vaughan Pools/ Nevada Pools (Vaughan Pools doesn’t actually do the job they contract it out to another company, Nevada Pools ) did! The cake topper on this disaster is that Vaughan Landscaping/Pools found it normal to enter my backyard without my consent and take professional pictures and post them on their website claiming they did the work (yes, this is trespassing!)
