I think that Vlad from ABC Appliance Repair stepped out of a time machine from the 50s. I mean, how else can you explain the existence of a sole proprietor appliance repair guy who's clean cut, extraordinarily friendly and polite, fast, responsive, reliable and competent? I thought this species became extinct over time.
We might be speeding along in a downward spiral toward mediocrity, unfulfilled expectations and incivility, but thank Christ we still have Vlad to provide old fashioned ace appliance service with a smile.
