Our washer stopped working. Vlad arrived on a Saturday morning to diagnose the issue. He found the issue quickly.
I have only good things to say about Vlad. Professional, courteous, polite reliable and with a ton of patience. He took the time to explain the issue. He examined all possibilities and recommended a repair. I would definitely call him again for any repair we need in the future.
