The bottom freezer in my fridge iced over and leaked onto the floor with each defrost cycle. Called Vlad who came over on time the next morning. Cleaned and de-iced the cabinet and, more importantly, unplugged the drain tube. Clean, quick and efficient, Vlad left me with some instructions to prevent a recurrence of the problem. His quote was modest and exactly what I paid. A very pleasant, dedicated person, obviously proud of his workmanship, I totally recommend Vlad.
