Heather did a great job of spring cleaning my very dirty apartment. I hadn’t cleaned in a long time, due to illness and she made it fell fresh and shiny.

Heather came to my rescue about a year and a half ago when I called her to arrange housecleaning on a biweekly basis for my mom.

Heather was a godsend when I realized my mom needed regular housecleaning. I do not live near my mom so needed someone we could trust to come in and ensure cleaning was accomplished on a regular basis, while respecting and caring about my mom’s needs.

Over the past year and a half, Heather has become an invaluable liason for me as I feel I can contact her at any time I have a concern. Her knowledge, understanding and compassion in supporting seniors provides me great peace of mind. My mom enjoys her conversations with Heather and Heather is quick to contact me whenever she feels the need.

I've been dealing with Heather for a few years now. She cleans a furnished rental that I have and I really appreciate the fact that she will do it for me on short notice. She keeps me informed of anything that she needs to spend more time on. I'm satisfied with the job she does. The place looks great and smells great!

The owner sent an employee for our first two visits who we liked and thought did a descent job but then we received a text saying that this employee was fired. Our third visit was by the owner and though a descent job was done, less cleaning was done than by the employee. The complaint I would have is the owner was very demanding telling us that we needed to do a review or she might not be able to clean for us anymore. Sure enough when I said I wanted a longer working relationship to write a fair review we received a text less than 24 hours saying she was no longer going to clean for us. We found our dealings with the owner just all a little strange in a number of ways but definitely did not like the bully attitude

Heather is very accommodating, efficient and professional. I called and was able to get service very quickly, she communicated with me every step of the way which I appreciate. If an item could not be cleaned she showed why and did not waste time out of the clean or asked me if I wanted the time spent on it. Heather definitely puts the customer first. My house smells wonderful and I would highly recommend her company.

My Husband and I have been looking for a decent cleaner for about four years now. For the last year I have been doing my own cleaning because we couldn't find anyone that could actually clean! Not to mention those who wouldn't show up for work, or some that would leave early charging you for the full amount! I phoned spic 'n span, and had a nice conversation with Heather and she sent me Tess. I can't express enough, how awesome Tess is. Everything from her easy going attitude to her supreme work ethic. Yesterday she had some time left over and even washed my walls and hand railing on my stair case! She is always very punctual, even early, and does the most professional work I have seen anyone do in four years! I hope I never loose her and I hope she is getting a bonus, or something, because she is giving your company a top notch name! Thanks for the great job!
