Harry at Optimum Services was referred to me by a friend, who uses his company for pest control.
When we had a problem Harry came immediately to the house, showed us where the problem was coming from. He explained in a professional manner what needed to be done to correct the problem.

We had a nasty case of carpenter ants on our roof, dropping into our house through the skylight. Optimum services was the only exterminator that I called who actually came to our place to assess the situation before giving a quote. We also chose Optimum because the product they use to kill the ants was safer than those that other exterminators were saying they use, which was important for us because we have a dog and a baby.
Harry was very professional, knowledgeable, and ultimately, quite effective. It appears he was able to successfully eradicate the colony on our roof, which says a lot given the size and apparent age of our problem. I have already recommended Harry and Optimum to others. Thanks Harry!

We have been fighting cockroaches in our restaurant for years. We had another Pest control company servicing our restaurant. They came in every month for years and the issue was never resolved. After being fed up I asked my neighbors to see who they used. Strangely enough my neighbor recommended Harry from Optimum Services but was using another company. They told me they were locked into a contract with another company and would be using Optimum Services again in the near future. They came promptly and resolved our cockroach problem VERY quickly. Harry explained to me “it’s not what chemicals are being used but how they are being used”. I can’t believe we wasted all our money on a company that didn’t keep our problem under control for that many years. I highly recommend Optimum Services to anyone with a pest problem. Harry is very knowledgeable and courteous, he put me at ease and even more important he wiped out our cockroach problem with only 2 visits! I am currently using Optimum Services for our pest control program and have no plans to change to another company.
