Unfortunately the house I live in has had multiple issues since we moved in. Going back five years we have had to deal with leaks from the roof, pipes leaking in the basement and most recently sump pump issues causing a flood in the basement. While these issues have been hard on us the one person (and team) I have been able to count on is Pat and the broader JZT family.

Pat and her team have not only been exceptional at fixing the various issues over the years on time and on budget, they are caring and have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure issues they have worked on (especially after large rainfalls) remain in tact by taking the time to follow-up and check in. She and the team deliver to the highest standards and they truly care about their customers.

Pat did a great job with the renos. There were issues, as there always are with a complex project, but she managed to keep us informed and worked with us to get us the space we wanted. The second project is to be rented and the suite looks great! Hopefully we get a great tenant! Thanks Pat!

The work was done several years ago, we found Pat through Home Depot (they had contractors that they recommended/were working with at the time.). All the workmanship was very good, the proper way they said it would done and very economically. They did it just as well as a high-end designer would but without the budget. I can tell you that their work was done punctually and it was done in line with the budget. There were only a few very small issues as you have with any contractors, which they fixed. Overall they are ethical, fair, and their work is good. I would just recommend that you stay on top of things like you would with any contractor.

PVS did tile work for me and it was very satisfactory, the job was a tad bit delayed but overall it was good. I found the pricing to be fair.

We found them in the yellow pages a few years ago, after we had to let go of a group of renovators who were previously working in our home. We had tight time constraints, and they let us know that they could be a single point of contact for all the work we needed done, and they were. There were some minor issues that cropped up along the way, but they did a good job and we recommended them to other people.

I had them do drywall in the home of one of my clients and the work they did was good, the client has since moved in and everything seems to have gone smoothly. Nobody’s perfect, there’s always a little room for improvement but I would recommend them to someone else.

They put in a shower at my house and did a good job, I was impressed with the work they did. I’ve gone with Pat for all my renos in the past and keep coming back. There were some changes we made along the way, and if they had made more suggestions in the first place it may have sped up the process a bit, as it took longer than expected.

Patricia was very helpful and hardworking, dedicated to getting the work done within budget and I would definitely recommend this company. The second floor addition they worked on was quite a neat project and they were very helpful.
