Sherwin came to our house for what we believed was a squirrel stuck in the false ceiling of our kitchen. To our surprise, a raccoon had actually made his home in our house. Sherwin was very quick at finding the point of entry (the chimney on our roof) and putting a one-way door. SOS wildlifes service was quick, efficient, clean and very professional. Sherwin made sure to explain to us the whole process before any intervention and to provide us with information on what to do if we heard baby raccoon noises, and how to monitor the house post-intervention, which we really appreciated since it was our first time facing this issue. The follow-up service was excellent too. Sherwin was really quick at responding when we sent him photos of the raccoon trying to come back in. We are now raccoon-free and better able to sleep.
I hope we wont have to face any more issues like that but if we had to experience this situation again, we would 100% reach out to Sherwin and his team again. We were very happy with SOS Wildlife and would recommend Sherwins service to anyone.
