My dear neighbour rang my door bell to deliver the bad news of discovering a new hole on my roof which was visible from his bedroom window. I found Sherwin online and he was very responsive online and we quickly made the appointment to come and look at the situation. Sherwin was very experienced, he examined the hole and told me it was a raccoon who was responsible for that hole. He then walked on my roof and went into my attic and saw trace and evidence of raccoon being there. He installed the trap and explained to me how the one way door trap works. Both my husband and I felt fortunate and comforted that Sherwin knew what he was talking about and we felt the situation was under control. Sherwin has been back to repair the hole and he even put a metal mesh on top of the repair to ensure the raccoon will not try again on this weak spot in my roof. The total cost includes intalling and removing the trap; also installing protective wire mesh over all my vents on the roof (8 of them) and repairing my roof. We found the price to be reasonable. We will definitely refer Sherwin's services to anyone we know.
