Sos Wildlife Control

We hired SOS Wildlife to deal with a raccoon problem in our roof of a townhouse complex. I initially contacted Sherwin in early spring, but at his suggestion, we waited until summer so that the raccoon babies would grow bigger and be able to get out on their own without us having to cut the ceiling. On site, the job was quick and they clearly and patiently explained what they were going to do. At the end, they provided a video of the mesh and the one way door they installed. They were also kind to replace the vent caps at no extra charge for me. I highly recommend Sherwin and SOS Wildlife for any pest control job.

Sherwin came to our house for what we believed was a squirrel stuck in the false ceiling of our kitchen. To our surprise, a raccoon had actually made his home in our house. Sherwin was very quick at finding the point of entry (the chimney on our roof) and putting a one-way door. SOS wildlifes service was quick, efficient, clean and very professional. Sherwin made sure to explain to us the whole process before any intervention and to provide us with information on what to do if we heard baby raccoon noises, and how to monitor the house post-intervention, which we really appreciated since it was our first time facing this issue. The follow-up service was excellent too. Sherwin was really quick at responding when we sent him photos of the raccoon trying to come back in. We are now raccoon-free and better able to sleep.

I hope we wont have to face any more issues like that but if we had to experience this situation again, we would 100% reach out to Sherwin and his team again. We were very happy with SOS Wildlife and would recommend Sherwins service to anyone.

Sherwin responded quickly to our request for help with a raccoon problem which we suspected had entered our attic. He very efficiently assessed the situation and determined that raccoons had not yet entered the attic but the inspection video clearly indicated that a raccoon was trying very hard to get in and had caused some roof damage. Sherwin provided several options as to the course of action. He covered the damaged areas to prevent further attempts by the raccoon to enter the attic and put cages over all roof vents to prevent the raccoon from trying to pull these off to enter the attic.

He took before video to show where the raccoons had entered and all future potential areas they might use to enter, and then took after video to show the work his team had done. They also answered all my questions. With our go ahead, they patched up all potential entry ways to avoid future problems. A few weeks later, they came and removed the one-way door and patched up the area. Sherwin and his team were efficient and got the problem resolved promptly. Thank you for the job well done! I contacted several Wildlife Removal specialists, the only one that returned my call the same day was SOS Wildlife Control. I spoke directly with Sherwin, explained that we had a squirrel problem. He booked me in the next day. Arrived promptly as promised, identified to obvious entry points on the roof and gave me a quote to correct. He also pointed other future access points that he suggested I could address myself to save money and that he would show me what to do. Absolutely no pressure to upset. I simply gave him the ok to remedy the remainder of the roof. Job completed and Sherwin walked me around to show me what he did. Very professional.

A couple of days go by and noticed the squirrel in our soffit now. Called Sherwin, returned my call within an hour. Explained new problem, came out the very next morning and found a couple other less obvious areas which he corrected at no additional cost.

A squirrel somehow found its way into our drywall and was making quite a fuss about it! We called Sherwin and his team and they arrived later in the day to remove the little guy! They showed us some possible entry points and gave us suggestions on how to prevent future pest invasions.
