My wife and I did some hunting to re do the washroom wall tiles for our two washrooms. RJ Hourie was able to adjust his schedule to complete the work in 4 days even tho our strata had a restriction of no contractor work outside of 9am to 5pm plus my wife doing grave yard shifts until 2am typically. RJ was very respectful to ensure not to interrupt my wife, as well as no noise complaints when he was working.

RJ was very professional and insightful providing explanations throughout the project of his process. If my wife and I were nit picky for any spots (no matter how minor), RJ would confirm to add it to the do list and would even check with us before we bring it up again. In addition, RJ added solid protective flooring material for both my home (which is expected) as well as common strata area (nice bonus to ensure extra protection).

During wrap up, RJ ensured to clean all materials and provided extra minor touch ups for some prior issues left by other contractors at no charge even tho outside original scope of work

Outstanding finish and results! Super happy and would definitely use and recommend RJ again for future renovations for any part of the home

Mike and his electrician Paul arrived before 8:00 AM, a half hour early and got right to work. From start to finish Mike and Paul were both very friendly, easy going and helpful in adding value where they could. Mike said he adjusted the front door so it wouldn't close as hard.
His electrician Paul rewired my room to change a switchable outlet into a regular always live outlet and install a fan for the wall switch to control instead of the outlet. Mike took care of fixing the mess of caulking Roger Lockie of R. Lockie Carpentry did around the tiles of our new bathroom renovation.
