I had Keith over for a scheduled furnace tune up and duct cleaning. Keith did the tune up and offered me a lot of advice on how to approach and questions to ask for an oncoming furnace replacement. He investigated the vents and ducts and deemed a duct cleaning wasn't necessary, so only the tune up was required. He didn't do or charge me a service that wasn't necessary.
Punctual, honest, fair and meticulous. I liked that. I'll be calling him again the next time I need his services.
