Keith My Furnace Guy

Keith arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment. He was informative, professional and very patient (I am a first time home owner). He went over the type of maintenance I should perform on my furnace and wrote down the most appropriate type of filter that I should purchase. He then did an amazing job cleaning out the ducts in the house. There was so much built up that he removed about 8-9lbs of debris and dirt from the vents. Even though the ducts were extremely dirty, he spent a lot of time and energy making sure the ducts and furnace was clean to his very high standards (I was not charged anything extra because my ducts were so dirty, which was greatly appreciated). Everyone was very impressed with his service, skill and knowledge. My parents plan on having Keith clean their ducts based on seeing how hard he worked and the level of service he provided.
