Mr. Trash

They took our credit card to hold two bins. My 78 year old father in law paid cash yet they still billed the credit card. Carlos was the driver that took cash. John is the owner I believe and Rita & Tina work in the office. Even after acknowledging the double payments and promising to reverse the CC charge we got nothing. Now they don't return calls or answer. Receipts were given but too vague for police action. Avoid this company also known as A.I.C. Disposal.

I never complain online about anyone. This company is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever encountered in my life! The bin we ordered, arrived 12 hours late! When I called 4 times to infer as to where the bin was, the rude woman on the phone told me that it was 30 minutes away (all four times!). When the driver arrived, I called the woman back to discuss the problems I encountered with the service we received. She refused to pick up the phone and ended up charging us more than the quoted price or "else she would have the bin removed." If it were not for the fact that my husband's contracting business reputation would have been on the line if he left garbage on a client's driveway, I would have let her leave. She continued to pick up the phone for the driver who advised her that we were not happy, while not picking up the phone for me. This company is AWFUL! DO NOT USE THEM! They are terrible, have no customer service and are incredibly rude!!! The lady ended up making the price higher than the quote. I have no idea how they are still in business!

I rarely ever make negative reviews (only positive ones). But I felt compelled to warn other consumers of this company and to tell them to "STAY AWAY". We called several bin rental/trash removal companies and settled on "A.I.C. Disposal Services", which apparently is the same company as "Mr. Trash". We were quoted with a price of $295 (inclusive of tax) so long as we paid in cash. The bin was dropped off and, a week later, we received a call that a driver would be picking up the bin "in 2 hours" and that the price was now $295 + tax ($320). We said we were quoted $295 but they said it was $320. I told my father not to pay more than $295 but my dad, a senior citizen, didn't want to get "into a fight". So we waited for 4 hours for the driver to arrive. My dad eventually called and they then told him that the driver would not be able to come to our house. They never bothered to call. When my dad told him the person on the phone that he had been waiting for hours for the driver, the person hung up the phone on him! When a company quotes you one price, they should honour it. And when you tell a customer that you will be arriving within a certain period of time, it should happen and , if it can't happen, then call the customer. And never, ever, hang up the phone on a customer when they have a valid and reasonable complaint! Horrible company and horrible customer service. We will never use this company again!

I would not ever use or recommend this company to anyone. I called at 11am for a bin to remove dirt and debris from a job site. I was told the bin would arrive in an hour sand didn't. I called at 1230 and was told the driver was 30 mins away, 3 hours later the rudest and most unprofessional drive arrived and decided to drop the bin anywhere he wanted. After telling him to move the bin and getting attitude for it he left in a huff. We filled the bin with dirt and a few other items which was told to the "office/kitchen", the driver arrive to the site to pick up the bin 6 hours after the scheduled pick up and started throwing items on to the street. Said it was for clean fill only even though we ordered a TRASH BIN. when I called the office to ask what the deal was I was yelled at by another ignorant woman who refuses to see the difference between taking trash and tossing it on the road.

Horrible company...should have Just loaded it in my own truck.
