Disappointed in quality and other
We used this company for our place two years ago and with our discovery of numerous issues (as we are selling) have gone elsewhere.
While we finished up we had some touch up but our bathroom started showing streaks thereafter. My current painters tell me this was due to the wrong paint. Yet we were charged $500 to paint this room. At the time we complied and have since regretted.
The way in which the above issue was handled was poorly done.
We decided to not leave a review then but during the course of our prep for sale have uncovered numerous things a “top” company should not have happen. Hence our feeling overcharged and taken advantage of here.

This has recently come to my attention and I would like to address your concerns . Two years prior , we were not affiliated with Home Stars .. Nor have we been since 2018 after a brief tenure. We always ensure that all our clients are completely satisfied with our workmanship and top line paints from Benjamin Moore used on all projects. As an Owner , I had not been appraised by your concerns and I find that troubling with our company mandate. After searching our data base extensively and an investigation by Home Stars recently, prompted by my concerns , they had not either .
We have a two year ' No Hassle Guarantee' for all signed projects and wonder why you did not exercise this option.?
