Scott come to my house in Innisfil and completed the home inspection for me. He was able to come on the day that I needed him to.

Home Inspection
Scott did an inspection for me on the first home I was purchasing. He did an excellent job going through the entire house and explained everything he was doing. He also brought a geothermal tool and moisture tool to check that there wasn't an mositure behind any of the walls. He went through the house then took me on a walk around to go over all his findings. He also spent extra time on the report for me because he knew it was my first home purchase. The report outlined everything we talked about, and included 70 pictures as well. Scott's customer service is also excellent, letting his clients know that he is always available if you have any other questions. After the initial inspection, he will send you the report then call you the next day to go over everything again, this gives you time to process everything that was found and develop any other questions you might have.
I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone. Give Scott a call and feel at ease knowing your home inspection will be completed to a higher standard.
