The sales rep really listened to what I wanted and gave some good advice
The price was great. I got the "most efficient" energy star windows, installed "brick to brick", for the price of "normal" energy star windows "retrofit" by other places
They made me a custom extra wide door <3
The installation was perfect
The only thing they didn't have was a "most efficient" energy star patio door, but they were direct about it and event told me about a competitor who did have it. I appreciate that!
