I could not have been more happy! Anthony and Bernadine were extremely thorough and took on the entire list I left in record time. They are an amazing team and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be calling for them again!

Absolutely terrible customer service..worst decision I've made to hire this company. Left a bag of their garbage on the kitchen floor when they left, moved furniture and didn't replace it. Left toilet cleaner outside one of the bathroom doors and my elderly pet was licking the container. Left the front door wide open when they came in..BOTH times they came to clean. The second time they were here I had to ask them to close it TWICE. Showed up 2 hours early after they had called this morning to say they were going to come later than scheduled this afternoon and after I had rescheduled several things to accommodate their request... A metal vacuflo attachment was improperly set at the top of my hardwood stairs...fell down and took chunks out of 7 of the steps. A WET cleaning rag was left on top of my son's blue ray player n his room. The list goes on and on! I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!

The service provided by Stephan and his team was excellent! know?
My only complaint was that the grate on our cooktop was not cleaned. There still was grease on the grate. I understand the cleaner was in training, so I was able to overlook that oversight.

The lady that cleaned my house was very friendly and professional. She did a good job and I am pleased with
the work she did. The only problem I had was that I paid for a 3 hour service and she was only here for 2 1/2 hours. She could have done a bit more work in the extra 1/2 hour.

I purchased a tidy up clean on August 23 and Carolyn was wonderful! Was 1/2 hr late but not her fault, just simply a miscommunication from the office. Very happy with service and will recommended her to friends! Only thing I didn't like is that the company charged me on Credit card before service when it should be after service.
