Essential Cleaning

Brenda's ladies did a respectable job but they were very unreliable. Hard to get committed days and times. Brenda has absolutely terrible communication and follow up skills - she doesn't answer texts for days on end (except after a cleaning job when she's looking for payment - then you will hear from her hourly lol). I simply couldn't live with the lack of reliability and then her aggressive texts when looking for payment - a day late and the she's practically sending in the national guard!

My initial interaction with this company and we couldnt be happier. They arrived on time and the ladies did a very thorough deep clean of the house. I was surprised at the level of detail and attention they gave our home!
We will certainly be using their services on a regular basis. Thank you Brenda !

Brenda did an awesome job setting up the cleaners from her company to come to do a clean up at my home the cleaners were professional and punctual will use them again 100%

Brenda and her team are fantastic to work with. Brenda is always timely about letting us know when we can expect the team and following up. The ladies always do an amazing job. I just love the added little touches of toilet paper flowers or towel art!

ECS provided a deep clean of our house from top to bottom with a couple of days notice. They went above and beyond in their attention to detail and left the home clean and spotless. The windows and mirrors have never looked so clean!

I thought it was not possible to get the bathroom tiles rid of the brown and black grime that deposited in the grout lines of the tiles. So I didn't even mention it to the two ladies who came to clean the house. Half-way through the cleaning when I inspected the work in progress I was pleasantly surprised that grime was gone completely! The two ladies carefully cleaned every part of the house - even the kitchen hood and the mesh at air intake (even though I didn't mention it specifically). Awesome job. Thank you.

Im so glad they were available to clean my house, specially with my cat at home, other companies are not pet friendly, so it was hard to find someone who is really passionate about their work! Those ladies will always have a special place in my heart! Highly recommend this company!

Essential Cleaners provided a thorough cleaning for a 3 bedroom condo during the Christmas holiday period. They responded very quickly to my inquiry. They were very flexible, finding a team of 3 cleaners, on short notice, to do the job on the specific date we needed. Very satisfied.
