My wife and I decided to renovate our ‘builder grade’ oak stairs to a more modern look. We contacted Bellini Woodcraft, who specialize in stairs and railings, to provide us with a quote. They were very helpful, offering many design suggestions that would complement our home and provided a fair price for the work. They took their time and were very meticulous with every detail from start to finish. We are very happy with the job and would definitely recommend them to others.

We are extremely happy with this company for the second time. A couple of years ago we had an all new oak staircase installed in our Brampton home, it is stunning and the workmanship is impeccable.
We were so happy that we automatically contacted them again to install another staircase in our new home in Wasaga Beach. We showed up at their workshop asking for it to be done within the next month or so and they were able to accommodate us with not nearly enough notice. We were very grateful that they managed to get this done for us in such a short period of time and that they were willing to travel to Wasaga Beach for the job too. This stair is also a work of art, we love it. They are both a pleasure to work with, they are reliable, dependable and the workmanship and skill that goes into their work cannot be compared to anyone. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

I contracted Bellini to install custom guards for stairs in my house which was being renovated. Although I paid in full (see attached photo), Bellini "forgot" to bring and install a handrail along a set of steps. It is now many months after the original installation of the guards, and Bellini is refusing to complete the installation as contracted and as paid for. I have discussed this several times by telephone, but he has become belligerent and claims to be "too busy" to complete the work. Also, all of the posts have decorative caps (see photo), except one (see photo); and for some reason, Bellini refuses to supply a cap for that post. Many pickets are fixed in place, but some rotate (see photo). And the the lower railing to the basement has a trough that holds the pickets. The trough between pickets was never filled, with the result that the trough collects dirt and dust and the railing looks totally unlike the other railings Bellini installed.

Bellini has a reputation for beautiful custom stairs and railings, for our reno they definitely lived up to this. We bought our home and they were recommended by a friend. John is very knowledgeable and shows decades worth of experience when planning our stairs. Now we have beautiful jatoba stairs, and the railings are stunning. you can see the quality and precision down to the small details. Many visitors compliment us about them. I highly recommend Bellini woodcraft.
