George was very professional from the time we first contacted him for a quote. We spent a lot of time conversing over the phone as we are from the U.S. and moving up to Canada. He arrived on time explained everything that was involved in the home inspection while going over the details of the report. At the end of the inspection George went over the details of the inspection. The insulation in the attic was partially Vermiculite which George explained may contain Asbestos. George said that the best way to know for sure was to have it tested for peace of mind. George took 3 samples and sent them to a lab for analysis. Three days later George forwarded us the lab results (a lab certificate) showing that none of the 3 samples contained Asbestos. This was a great relief for us and we then proceeded to purchase the home. I would easily recommend Home Sweet Home Inspections for a home inspection
