I feel very lucky that I found a professional renovation expert like Nikolai. I contracted Nikolai to renovate our outdated basement and was very pleased with the end result, especially the fine details that he took care of. His charges are very justified and I found him very patient and maticulous in his work. Everything was done on time and budget.
