All are good from start to finish 4 stars out of 5.
I deducted 1 star out of 5 because:.........
After installation work both days it took us long time to clean the foot mark from hardwood floor. Installer was only wearing socks in the home still the dusty foot mark from front entrance to foyer to staircase, up in the hallway to mastered room.
Recommendation for improvement:
1. either wear indoor clean protective shoe cover OR
2. Clean-it up after making mess.

Thank you kindly for your review. So sorry, we do try very hard to clean up after ourselves and usually that is a remarked the that is made....how wonderful we are at cleaning. All feedback is welcomed and taken to heart.
