We were very impressed with the Roy Inch sales representative, Audrey, and her thorough approach. She offered several helpful suggestions for improving the air flow and air quality in our home. These suggestions were included with the installation of the A/C unit.
The installation team were amazing. Talk about a professional approach.

I was very impressed with the service Jesse completed in cleaning our Air Conditioner over the long weekend. He was extremely thoughtful & arrived on time by calling first to confirm his arrival time.
I was disappointed our furnace filter that was ordered was not in so another service call would be required. I had called almost a week in advance and asked the filter to be changed at that call.

My service tech Brandon did a fine job. He was thorough and courteous. He spotted a potential problem with the wiring at the outside unit and a service call has been arranged. This is much appreciated as it probably will save a call during the height of the cooling season. I would be happy if Brandon could be assigned to service my furnace/AC in the future.

Jessie called before he came, arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He gave worked quickly and answered all my questions.

I dealt with Jesse. Polite and professional young man. He didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder as he explained to me what he was doing. The furnace was running REALLY loud and it was a simple case of changing the filters. Although the filters were changed regularly, they were too dense for the high efficiency furnace. He also changed the batteries in my thermostat. Awesome. I signed up for the air conditioning maintenance package as well.

Had a great experience from beginning to end, initial contact started with Nathan which was very careful in evaluating all of the issues and concerns at hand also he’s a good listener and very knowledgeable in the field, one thing I noticed he took measurements twice to make sure he had everything accurate before they custom build the duct system to customize the installation, Everything happened in a timely fashion to suit my schedule, next the crew of installers Milton and Dan showed up, they were very professional and neat in there in their installation and courteous to clean up behind themselves once done, lots of careful planning went into this installation as I had a unique set up, over all I would highly recommend using Roy Inch and Sons, Communication was consistent throughout the whole progress of every step of the way . A couple of weeks ago Jesse arrived for maintenance on my tankless water heater. He was courteous, helpful, punctual and respectful of my home.
People make the difference and Roy Inch has the very best.

We have contracted Roy Inch and Sons on 3 different jobs throughout the month of February. All 3 jobs were booked with Nathan, very knowledgeable and ready to answer all concerns. Quickly followed up after with a visit to inspect and address any issues(none). First was a new install done by Luke and Matt, second was a maintenance done by Marcus of older equipment previous installed by a company that uses sub-par-contractors. Some issues were noted due to a poor installation, after a second opinion we decided to replace everything at fair cost compared to repair. This time Roy Inch and Sons to install. So Luke and Matt returned for a full day of work.

One of the factors we consider on contractor efficiency is disturbance to household pets. All visits were preceded by a phonecall in the appointed window time giving ample time to secure pets. During the full day job doors were always double checked by the workers in and out, even gave us a window of quiet to feed very picky dogs at their usual time.

All work done with a sense of pride and photo worthy, zero signs of any work mess after.

Highly recommend. Support the local company, the provincial/national company can't match the quality/reliability/professionalism.
