A very reliable and accommodating cleaning service. Good general housecleaning and they use their own tools and environmentally friendly products. Ask for Meghan and Ashley - they're a great team!

I initially found The Cleaning Authority when they were in to clean my neighbors home. I needed someone to clean my home because I was temporarily sidelined. Dee and Jacinda came in and were wonderful while I was laid up. They not only cared for my home but were very good and patient with my dogs. I am now able to do my housework but I have no intention of giving up their efficient, friendly service. Thank you Dee and Jacinta!

I've had my two initial cleans done by Cleaning Authority. I was very happy with both cleanings. In fact, I couldn't believe how clean my house was after their first visit; it was great! On both occasions, I had a schedule change and Cleaning Authority juggled their staff to accommodate me. I really appreciated this. I've met three of the teams and they were all very professional. I've already recommended Cleaning Authority to two of my friends.

Very unprofessional and the owners lack etiquette. Mike agreed upon combining 2 initial cleaning services for the premium price of $113 as we live in a condo and it is regularly maintained. However, upon execution of the agreed contract, only one service was performed. On top of that, Angela (the other owner) continues to accuse us of demanding a “free” service when no such comment was ever made. We simply stated the facts on what was agreed upon inception. Given that she is problematic and difficult to deal with on just the initial clean, we do not want to deal with people with such poor demeanors in the future. Will gladly take our money elsewhere. DO NO RECOMMEND.

Average cleaning service, average cost. On balance, I liked the cleaners themselves, but was very unsatisfied with the owners/mgt of this company. I had repeated issues with poor punctuality and property damage and when brought forward, only received an apology - no offer to fix the damage or credit for lost time. Service was definitely better at the beginning, as it typically is with most services/cleaners. I referred another client to them and they had the same experience as noted above - liked the cleaners, but disliked the owners/mgt. They sold us on a program that wasn't "timed", yet our cleaners told us that they were given 1 hour and 47 minutes to clean our home, before having to move onto the next one. Again, management not as upstanding as they "appear". Buyer beware.
