The two best things about dealing with ARC are getting their prices and getting their service.
Their furnaces, A/C and hot water tanks are almost half the cost of the larger companies. And speaking of the larger companies, if you need someone to fix something, they will tell you that they'll fix it tomorrow between 7am and noon or between 1pm and 5pm. ARC will show up that night as well as Saturdays or Sundays, so you don't have to wait.
They also install windows, build sun rooms and remodel kitchens.
We've known John and Mat for ten years. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a problem with my furnace and Matt showed up the next day. He diagnosed the problem, I needed a new ignitor, he went out and bought a new one and installed it the same day. I also had a dishwasher that was not draining, Matt was able to find a kinked hose, which he replaced right away as he had a spare one in his truck

I needed a water heater installed at my restaurant, Matt suggested what kind of unit needed and we ordered that day. When the heater arrived so did Matt and John ready to go. They installed it quicker then Matt previously thought. They did an excellent job cleaned up after themselves didn't scuff up any doors or walls, I was extremely satisfied with thier work. Its been 2 yrs without a single issue and the size Matt advised me to get is perfect for the higher output necessary in the restaurant.

I have only the most positive things to say about ARC Heating and Cooling. I appreciate that all calls are responded to quickly, that furnace issues are indeed resovled at very reasonable costs and that the issues and any future preventative measures are explained to me. They offer a solid service and are always respectful, clean and incredible polite. Thanks guys!

Matt has been servicing all of our fridges and stoves in our 76 units for the past twelve years. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and dependable. Repairs are completed in a timely manner. Members find Matt friendly and polite and they are very happy with the service he provides.
