John was amazing. He fixed our furnace, checked the thermostat and then our fireplace insert explaining what was the problem on each as he went. I really appreciated his efficiency, as well as his demeaner.

I had John come out to my home in London after issues with a furnace & air conditioner. The more well-known companies in London simply wanted to sell me a new air conditioner as I was having issues. One wanted to charge $700 to pull the a/c unit apart to look at the internal components to try and discover the issue. John was able to diagnose the problem right away. He told me the reasons why the other companies had mis-diagnosed the issue in plain language. Resolved my issue & concerns. They are now #1 on my list to call for ANY air conditioner or furnace servicing.

John helped my elderly mother on two occasions, with her a/c and her furnace, both ICP products purchased from now-bankrupt Sears Canada. He was prompt, knowledgeable, highly professional, good at explaining everything, and honest, not to mention kind. He's a gem.

These guys were great. Woke up to discover my furnace wasn't working and called them, they were able to come out by early afternoon (pretty quick seeing as it's furnace breakdown season). Didn't take long to figure out what the issues was. Excellent, friendly service and reasonable pricing. I will call again.

This is the second time John has been out for two different issues. Both times John has been very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. The first time he even tried to help with the issue over the phone. Super nice guy, honest, very professional and is quick and efficient. At 2:00 I noticed my furnace fan wasn't going, called Matt at about 2:30, Matt was at my house by 3:00 and he had my fan motor replaced by 6:00.

Not only was Matt fast, he went out of his way to save me $150. I won't be calling anyone else for my HVAC needs.
