Replace old vinyl siding with hardie board, replace windows and new front door.
From the very beginning, I had a good feeling. Martin showed up on time and prepared. He listened and he asked questions, and was good at explaining what would need to be done. He sounded confident and certainly knew what he was talking about. He did point out some flaws in the siding (where we had replaced it ourselves) but was very respectful about, certainly informative, not insulting. The quote we received was right in line (price wise) with two others, but it was very well laid out. It had all the details that we discussed and some. It was broken down just as I ask. We made the choice to go with Siding Vancouver and it was a great one! The whole experience was great. Martin was available through the whole project. If I had and questions I could always contact him, or talk to his crew. The guys, Russ and Lyle did a beautiful job. True quality workmanship. You can tell they really care about doing good work and I love that! The whole project was very organized, all the guys were friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. And the end result is beautiful! I would 100% recommend them. And if I ever need more exterior work or upgrades, I will be calling them.
