When searching for landscapers to do my front patio, I was looking for a company that would install pavers that would last for years. In the first few minutes of speaking with Amir, i knew Mr. Interlock was the right company.
Amir listened intently, looked at pictures via text, broke down all the steps necessary, and gave me a competitive price.

The crew onsite, Saad, Roger and Jerome, were just as focused as Amir. They knew exactly what needed to be done and did not cut any corners. They were kind, professional, efficient and organized, and left the site clean each day.

We needed to fully redo our front walkway and wanted to add a patio as well. We knew about Chris /Mr Interlock from other work he had done in the neighbourhood and seeing the detail and workmanship on those jobs. Chris was great when helping to decide on the stone, colour scheme, asking the right questions to understand our vision. He also had great input and suggestions on details or when we were r sure. This is based on his experience and previous work, home styles, etc. He was really good in working to stay within our budget but also suggesting where to give give and take a bit.
Chris is very detailed in his workmanship and if something isnt right, then he will make sure he makes its right. He is in communication on each phase of the project, and you can reach out if questions. We are so happy with the end result and would recommend Chris / Mr Interlock for your landscaping / stone work any time. We definitely will be using him again.

Chris and his team just completed taking up the aging porcelain tiles on our covered patio and replacing it with Eramosa limestone. We have completed numerous renovations and landscaping projects over the years. And by far, Chris has been the most professional and accommodating contractor we have ever worked with. Chris made several trips to the stone quarry with us, taking hours to walk us through the various stone choices and explaining different construction methods. He never pressured us to make a decision, always wanting us to be 100% happy with our choice. Even though his company is called "Mr. Interlock" - Chris is really a professional stone mason. His stonework is impeccable. The project was actually fairly complex due to raised and angled built-in planter boxes and pillars supporting the roof structure of the patio. Chris came us with a number of great ideas that improved the appearance of these items - even though they increased his complexity. I would whole-heartedly and enthusiastically recommend Chris to anyone.

Chris and his team from Mr. Interlock did an excellent job. My front parking pad needed repair after a plumbing job required part of it to be dug up. The workmanship is seamless, and the communication about timing the work was excellent. I felt he respected this relatively small job as much as any larger job, how great is that?
This is the kind of company I would like to be able to hire for every job in my house!

Amir and Saad and their team were awesome! They were a real pleasure to work with for our new interlock+mulch backyard and concrete shed base. They were very patient and extremely helpful throughout the initial process as we were nailing down the exact design, helping us think through and visualize various options while respecting our budget constraints, while also ensuring that the plan incorporates the important stuff like grading, drainage, adapting to neighbor's elevations etc.
Their prices were quite competitive with the other quotes we got.
After we decided to go ahead with them, they gave us a date for the start, and they stuck to it. Then during the work itself they did a fantastic job, very thorough, adapting to the unforeseen (and unforeseeable) site conditions as needed. There was no upselling. It was a very pleasant experience overall. It has now been 3 months since the job, and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out.

Amir and his team did a really wonderful job installing a walkway in our front yard and hedges around our stairs. Amir was very helpful prior to starting the job in terms of helping us figure out what we wanted, showing samples, etc. Prompt with getting back to our inquiries. The crew who performed the work were very professional and hard-working, and got the job done efficiently and very well. We are fairly detail-oriented and when we identified a couple of small things that we wanted to adjust, Amir was very responsive and communicated with his team who immediately made the changes. We are very happy with the end result. It has completely changed and enhanced the overall look of our house.
But beyond that, when we ran into some difficulties with required paperwork, Amir was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the issue. The job was completely done at that time but he was still extremely responsive and committed to helping us as best as he could. We really value that kind of dedication and high quality service. For the high quality of the work and the customer service, would highly recommend Mr. Interlock!

Mr. Interlock did a beautiful job replacing our entire driveway and retaining walls, as well as creating a neat walkway and beautiful stone steps. In our backyard, they replaced and extended our existing patio and refreshed the entire backyard with mulch and new grass. Amir also coordinated installation of an irrigation system and step lighting. Saad and his team were extremely pleasant and hard working, communicated well with neighbors and left everything neat and tidy. Additionally, Amir and Saad responded to and came back the next season for repairs. Thank you Amir, Saad, and the rest of the team!
